Advanced Train-the-Trainer Program
At 10:15 a.m. on May 21, 2019, employees were unloading boxes of solar panels from a truck and marking the boxes.
While one employee was unloading a box with a telehandler, it backed into another employee that was marking a box, resulting in a fractured leg.

OSHA does not mention anything as it relates to re-training equipment instructors, the way they do for equipment operators. They leave it up to the employer to determine if an update would be beneficial. It's important to note that the certification stays with the employee, not the employer. Meaning if your instructor leaves the company, you will need to re-evaluate your trainer situation.
