At 1:45 p.m. on June 10, 2019, Employee #1, employed by a company that drills and services wells, was working at a residential job site and preparing to service the water well.

He was raising the mast of the truck when the mast came into contact with overhead power lines.  Employee #1 was electrocuted. He fell into the open pit containing the well. As he fell, he dislodged a pipe, causing the hole to fill with water.

We Can Help With This!

Forklift and powered industrial truck code compliance can be a daunting challenge.

Given the complexity of the code, training specialties, facility compliance, truck safety inspections, accident investigations, and much, much more.

When employees are more frequently being required to wear multiple hats around the organization, expertise in this complex area of compliance is simply not likely to happen.

Our Forklift Compliance Support Plans are designed for organizations that want to drive workplace safety and code compliance but simply do not have the staff bandwidth or expertise available to handle equipment operations within your organization.
